This space grew out of my own journey, years of confusing symptoms and appointments that left me with more questions than answers. I learned firsthand how easily real issues can be overlooked, and how important it is to understand your own body. I created this platform so you don’t have to navigate everything alone. Here, I share the researched insights, practical tools, and daily habits that helped me make sense of my own health from chronic pain and inflammation to nervous system and digestive issues. My hope is that my experience helps someone else catch things sooner, ask better questions, and feel truly heard. Watching her navigate all of that shaped the way I think about wellness, self-advocacy, and what it really means to support someone you care about. That’s why I’m here.
While Raya focuses on the deep research and lived experience, I help bring her message to life on the front end of this platform. I create the visuals, organize the content, and help make the site feel like a calm, inviting place to land, the kind of space we both wish we had years ago.
